ADDICTING GOODNESS


  • AFRICAN SALAD (Abacha/Tapioca): Dried shredded cassava tossed in a seasoned (hot or mild) palm oil & served w/choice of dry fish, crawfish, ugba (ukpaka) or combination
  • PASTA SALAD: Cold pasta tossed in special cream then mixed with diced or cherry tomatoes, diced sweet onions, herbs, hint of olive oil
  • GARDEN CHEF SALAD: Fresh garden salad tossed in black pepper oil & a dash of vinegar then topped with baked or pan seared chicken
  • NAKED SALAD: Finely chopped cabbage, lettuce, diced fresh tomatoes, slice of boiled eggs (no yolk) diced avocado, baked or pan seared chicken chunks & dressed with yummy sauce
SIDES
Fried Ripe or Green Plantain, Boiled Green Plantain, Spicy Beans

Seasoned Mixed Veggies, Corn Bread, Buttery Muffin, Yellow Rice

Stir Fried Beef or Chicken, DFK's Mac & 3 Cheese, Butter Mashed Potatoes

 Buttery Biscuits, Spicy Meatballs (Turkey or Beef), Sauteed Sausage, Sauteed Cabbage

SIDE EGGS STYLE
  • CASINO: Seasoned fried eggs mixed with sausage, fresh tomatoes rings & herbs
  • D’FARMER: Omelet infused with cheese, chunks of bacon or sausage, bell pepper, onions & garlic
  • FARM BOY: Eggs scrambled in chunks of tomatoes, onions, broccoli & bell pepper w/hint of garlic
  • FARM GIRL: Boiled egg blended in herb w/olive oil & seasoning (perfect w/crackers or toast)
  • GARDEN FIESTA: Deviled eggs with a twist
